“From day one at BNU; I felt empowered, engaged and treated as an individual with the support to achieve my longer term goal of becoming an airline pilot.”

“BNU developed me as an individual and professional, providing me every opportunity to go into the wide world of work as best equipped as possible.”

BNU is not just all work, our Student's Union is rated in the top 5 in the UK (National Student Survey, 2021). The Student's Union is a vibrant social place where students across the University can socialise, undertake extra-curricular activities, try a new sport or just let off some steam.

You can also join the Aviation or Intelligence, Security & Resilience societies that organise a variety of activities to support your academic studies, as well as social events. Alongside these societies, there are many others that cover other academic or social interests like Music, Roller skating and Raise and Give (RAG)!
