WELCOME TO BNU

To help you prepare for your apprenticeship, we’ve put together everything you need to know on our website. By accessing your joining instructions and the other information in the links below, you’ll find out what you need to do before you start your apprenticeship programme with Buckinghamshire New University.

Now that you have your Student ID you will need to log into and set up your BNU account. All apprentices will receive their Student ID badge at their Induction at Sulhamstead. Once you have set up your BNU account you can log in and get access to both Blackboard (the Virtual Learning Environment) and Aptem (the Learner Management System), which you will use to access your assignments, submit course work and create an e-portfolio to evidence your work during your apprenticeship.

We've put together some really useful resources to familiarise you with life as a student and support available to you. Go to the Welcome Area on Blackboard when you log in to see recorded sessions from various departments within the University.
